Polypropylene Compounds

C.F. deals with plastics granulations and produces PP compounds from 1982 for several application fields. After a long experience in the processing of industrial scraps, we specialised in the production of additivated compounds along with virgin materials for extrusion and injection moulding.

We represent a valid point of reference in the PP field for the companies operating in the moulding and extrusion sector and for other companies producing compounds, thanks to our production technologies, supply sources, know-how and investments in research & development.

VISION

The conversion of  material from scrap to raw material is the the road map for a sustainable development in indutry.

1982 FOUNDATION
of Valnera Resine Snc by Bruno Costantini. Installation of the 120 mm first single-screw extruder Union, with a production capacity of 500 kg/h of PP and the agglomerator Costarelli 1000
1987 FOUNDATION
and acquisition of the company Valnera Resine by the company C.F. Srl. The production moves to Ferentillo in a 5000 sqm area, where 2000 sqm are indoor
1988 INVESTMENT
new agglomerator Costarelli 1250
1994 INVESTMENT
new agglomerator Costarelli 1500
1996 INVESTMENT
new 160 mm Tecnova single-screw extruder with a production capacity of 1200 kg/h
1998 EXPANSION
of the area with additional 5000 sqm, where 1000 sqm are indoor
2012 INVESTMENT
new Binova twin-screw compound extruder, 90 mm, 1600 kg/h
